IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME COMING...
At the Wealthy Women’s Summit, our vision was to empower women to make transformative changes in their financial lives. We envisioned a world where women not only navigated their money with confidence but also found the fun in finance. This was not like any personal finance conference you’ve been to before–we were here to flip the traditional narrative on it’s head and change the conversation around money.
By fostering a love story with money and promoting a mindset of competence and inspiring confidence, we created a future where every woman feels secure, capable, and in control of her financial story. Over 140 of you joined us at the Summit and we had so much fun!
The core of our mission...
Empowerment Through Knowledge: Providing accessible financial education, ensuring women acquire essential skills for informed money decisions.
Breaking Barriers & Bias: Dismantling the wage gap and challenging the pink tax, advocating for equal financial opportunities, paving the way for an equitable future.
Healing Money Trauma: Addressing money trauma and neurodivergence impact through supportive discussions, fostering resilience for overcoming financial challenges.
WHERE CAN WE TAKE YOU?

Mandy Balak
Mandy is currently leading The Well (formerly ACE) as a place for women to come together to share wisdom, experiences and let their guard down through her transformative retreats, coaching journeys and podcast. Mandy was searching for a space like this after her toughest season, the loss of a business and, the loss of her father. She found it challenging to be real with the people in her current circle, so she created what she was longing for. In 2017 she created a brunch experience that sparked a movement across Canada that impacted thousands of women. In 2021, she reached a breaking point (AKA the walk out) that changed it all. After a mini sabbatical, she reclaimed her life, re-wrote her success scripts and took a sharp right turn with her business and her life. Her vision expanded and her focus narrowed, dedicating herself to helping other high-achieving professional women overcome business burnout while expanding their income - in a healthy way. While Mandy has always been committed to financial leadership, she wasn't able to truly transform her money story until she met the transformative power of somatics, breathwork and deep, inner child healing. Mandy is thrilled to be facilitating the Healed Money Era!
